Woodspring Suites Midland

We appreciated that we could bring our cat, wicked tough to find in Midland. The staff were super nice, especially Tevin, always ready to help. The room was clean, but it could've used a bit more kick-no kitchen stuff to whip up a meal. The shower was a little tricky too, but overall it did the job for a night.

I thought i'd be pleased, but this place was an absolute disaster. The parking lot looked like a junkyard, and children ran wild while their parents ignored them, totally unprofessional. I expected a welcome gift for all my troubles but got nothing. How hard can it be to treat guests better? Just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.

Really great overall experience. Very-very nice staff, excellent services, and perfect location just next door to a good area as well as restaurants. The rooms with a queen size bed and dresser, for example. Clean facilities there.

A special thanks to helpful and attentive staff. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with dresser and a queen size bed, for instance was not a problem.

Parking lot cleanliness needs immediate attention!!! Loud ventilation system in bathroom detracts from comfort!!! Frequent disruptions from unmonitored children create an unsettling environment!!!

Clean and comfy for a quick stay

Woodspring Suites Midland was a pleasant surprise. Especially Tevin, were helpful and friendly. The location is great, just a couple of blocks from shopping and dining options.

The hotel isn't entirely smoke-free as advertised. I could smell smoke in the hallways, a bit off-putting. The room could use more amenities for longer stays. It felt bare-bones in terms of kitchen supplies.
